What are you howling all around?

I do not understand why everyone is complaining here. For me, the Game (Had a aufpoppende person only 1x in the street) runs without bugs. I have also on the highest graphics settings throughout 60 FPS .. I guess your computer simply pack not even the "minimum requirements".
