The extras are expensive, considering that the music label was "New Moon Records" devised specially for the game. The 1960s music is sung professionally, sounds surprisingly well and produced by the ironic and cheesy lyrics a smirk on his lips. The fictional world of the regime is quite believable over, here and there, of course, somewhat exaggerated. With the German soldiers will not shilly-long. Unfortunately, no distinction is made between followers and fanatical supporters. So therefore any spilled soldier is brutally forced to death, though one experiences in some dialogs between NPCs that there are also just ordinary people, some of which are even critical of the system. I think that's something morally equivocal, but it is a not seriously meant game and you should not feel attacked a German.
After the two occult predecessors, this part focuses more on future technologies. What I very much welcome, since Wolfenstein 2009 was too overloaded with occult stuff, I'm not hot became the part. It feels like a mixture of Half-Life 2 and fatherland with Rutger Hauer. Had as RPG certainly very interesting.
What I lacked a little, had interaction with the environment. Almost all of the objects can not be influenced. Exceptions are only actionable switch, some walls and boxes that can be shot to pieces. Well, I think the welding function, which was very consistent integrated into the course. Otherwise, there is the mini-game "shorting" cracking combination locks. The developers have but can still be trusted more, because with such agents is more variety in the shooting spree.
To Censorship: The German version is largely untouched. Of course, again all swastikas were removed because they are unconstitutional. Whether this is or is not correct, you can argue about it. The direct reference to Nazism as missing. It is a nameless regime talk. After all, this was a better solution than the "pack of wolves" sect in its predecessors. Scenes with brutal and sexual content were retained. Therefore, I feel the censorship as little distracting and do not understand the sometimes hysterical outcries of indignation. Compared to before, the German censorship has become very flexible.
Conclusion: the best ever Wolfenstein shooter. The emphasis is on Shooter! You can tell the game that a lot of work and money has been invested. It is not a Bioshock, but head and shoulders above its predecessor. Even a breeze more action and voilĂ !
