Because we have found that this original HTC Mozart charging and sync cable fits for the Omnia7, I ordered for the Omnia 7 this here as a substitute. (Sold by: "invero Limited" -> delivery fast & reliable, the cable is definitely an original HTC.)
+++ Cable stable and at the connection points of the connectors, it is stably incorporated into the connector parts (no predictable break!)
+++ Cable length is about 1.5 m. That's enough of my opinion completely. (Can be perfectly in a small bag stowed and not tangled!)
+++ Micro USB matches without wobbling or clamp to the socket.
+++ Advantage is: This handy plug adapter can charge or sync with a single cable, either charging or to the USB port of the computer.
To complain about anything, if someone asks me. ;-)
Update (September 2013) - after more than two years of use:
Over 2 years I had this cable as charging cable / Sync Cable for the HTC Mozart in use. There has never been a cause for complaint. Neither is the plug too hot, nor do I know any restrictions.
My husband uses the same cable / connector for its Samsung Omnia.
There were never any problems, nor can I detect substandard quality, or that the smartphones load more slowly.
Unfortunately, my cat has the cable now nibbled at quite stable connection point for micro-connector. The cable is over ... so that's why I now look around for a new cable. The plug is still good!
The plug I use has always been as a power adapter for one of my many Kindle devices.
So, even if the cable is broken - the plug always pays benefits.
