In October, I've bought a Tacx Bushido smart and as a supplement, it should be a heart rate chest belt.
Since the Bushido Smart both ANT + and Bluetooth support, a chest strap me was important, which also supports both transmissions.
Even if I am going to use as Apple users probably eh only Bluetooth.
So far, a chest of Polar on the list was but after I had looked around again something that I have decided for the Wahoo. And I did not regret it in the end.
Packaging is made chic. The manual can be loaded via QR-code down. Which really much there is also not understand or do.
Well, I think the solution with the snaps. This allows to adjust and always easy to apply the chest strap.
Unfortunately I have not yet completely seen through due to which activity the chest strap on. At first but I had no problems until recently already. Because then wanted my iPad Air the belt just can not find. Now I wet the contact surfaces on always and since then I have no problems with the pairing.
Currently, I use it mainly with the Tacx Cycling App. This works fine (the Tacx Cycling has a few problems that have nothing to do with the chest strap).
The Tacx Cycling app has the chest strap only found after I have the Wahoo Utility app installed and have thus found the tickr.
Generally make the Wahoo Apps a very good impression!
After I had started up recently, Wahoo Utility app again, gave me prompt a firmware update of tickr on.
Not that I had any problems, I just typed out update. Ran without any problems via Bluetooth. Pleasantly surprised. Does not just speaking for the average quality of the apps I use but definitely for Wahoo.
The chest strap I washed 3-4 times now. On the role of coach you sweat but then more.
Did he put away until now without any symptoms. Let's see if it stays that way.
Had about whether I forgive 4 or 5 star.
But actually, because I temporarily had only the problems that I did not know whether the tickr to is and would can be connected.
But can be traced back to either the app or used the lack of moisture at the contact points.
