Positive here is the recovery process to mention medium filtration. The Ironmaxx Whey Isolate is obtained with the ionization method. Filtration is the higher quality Whey at the same price. Furthermore, the great flavor selection is very welcome.
Where there is deduction? There is no spoon there! Not the point! In addition, the protein content of below 80% is not the best and the KH content with just under 10% is quite high, but somewhere has to come from the taste.
Previously tested taste:
Lemon-yogurt - Bomb! Very refreshing, not too sweet, but rather wirlich something lemony-sour. Also perfect for Quark
Orange-Passion Fruit - drinkable, not as refreshing as the Lemon yoghurt and some sweet.
Cherry yogurt - smells better than it tastes. As refreshing as lemon is not. Is well suited to low-fat quark in order to give this a higher protein content and whey fraction, and a fruity taste
Chassis-Yoghurt - smells like chewy candy. Not really my cup of tea. I order not again.
As a pure whey could be better, as a flavor carrier perfectly OK
Update 2/12/2014:
I have to correct heavily down my rating. After a long search, I have found no information on the manufacturing process. If this protein as well as the isolate of Ironmaxx obtained with the ion exchange method, it was definitely the last box. This low quality protein therefore seems to me no longer in the Shaker! If anyone knows more details and a meaningful source for manufacturing has, then please contact me. As long as I forgive only one star.
