The product itself can unfortunately not help it, but it's just not in it what is on it.

1. The cover is completely made of faux fur. There is no genuine lambskin. The description is incorrect. I am very disappointed.

2. White (beige) ordered, but get gray.

The thing is doing what it should, but I really wanted to lambskin and got something else. I want to get what is on the packaging and not "like".
