From a Jura ENA coming, which has at least stretched the hooves after 7 years, we had chosen this HD8762. The Saeco provides for approximately half the price of ENA now at a similar good and even slightly better facilities.
The menu guidance in the Saeco is a bit more extensive but still easy to use. A tri-color and line free graphic matrix display is in this price range also very nice.
The coffee flavor and the crema is also good as the Jura, however, in both water quantity and coffee strength machines were initially adapted to your own taste. In the default level of coffee is just always somehow much too watery.
But some would indeed like to be able to see the bottom of the cup.

So far so good.

As an advantage and principal selling point the removable brewing unit was seen to clean the machine better.
However, it turns out after only a few weeks of use, exactly this Brühgruppeneinheit as the main weakness of the machine at all. It happens more often now the middle of the brewing process, shortly after the grinding of the coffee, the brewing unit will be taken out and cleaned. This always leads to a complete loss of the pre-ground coffee for the current record.
And if 5 cups of at least one cup is broken, then it gets really annoying. But coffee is too expensive to throw away unused by 20% as a committee.

The drip tray may also be larger. Total also too simple plastic is everywhere but that's the price range probably always so.

The machine flies well soon, even within the warranty period, the electrical and something decent will buy even if you then have to spend more money on it again.
