The funny part of it is that not the lock was cut, but the true vulnerability of this castle was recognized: The locking cylinder! What good is the thickest chain, when the lock cylinder is a laughingstock for the thief ?? Therefore, this castle also has only the security level 6 of 15 in ABUS and is recommended only for cheap bikes.

I myself have a ABUS lock, but the Granite City chain in 1010 with a thick titanium chain and an almost "unpickbarem" locking cylinder (Security Level 12). The thing is super, but also costs 4 times as much as the cracked here Catena.
