Who draws like will love Painter.

Digital drawing, change photos ... this is my hobby but I lacked the right program, so I set out on a quest to find the right one for me. After a few days internet research I came across the Corel Painter X3 program. My curiosity was piqued, and after a moment's hesitation, I then ordered this program.

I do not regret it. Granted. At first, I was almost overwhelmed by the many choices. So you have to just muddle through. Here you will find on the internet mainly only English tutorials and the Help file is also not reveal too much. Books with tips and tricks you will find only one and that's in English. Too Bad. So I had to learn by doing apply.

For a month now I am working with the program, and so I'm getting an overview of what is possible. Has to be met only alone the insane many drawing tools, pass even days. It's really amazing how realistic digital painting can look. Here you will find every imaginable crayon.

It is best to work in this program with a tablet. I use the Wacom. You can draw with the mouse, but that's not nearly as much fun. If you draw with a crayon, then you should first of all under - Edit settings -. Tracker adjust the personal pressure with which you paint with a stylus To do this you simply painted in the specified window line and the program automatically adjusts the speed and the pressure one with which to paint. So you reach a perfect personal pressure level with which you can then work wonderfully.

You can do so much with the program. Very much I love the opportunity structure on an image to create. Open or two different images and in the second image a little clone of the first image. The perspective guides are great and facilitate the perspective drawing. Transform a photo into an oil painting is a breeze. Sublevels menu Dynamic Plugins can be found, for example, the opportunity to paint with liquid metal. You can work with layers, as one would expect from Photoshop. One can apply mirror painting (everything you paint left, to paint at the same time right) and create so beautiful patterns. Or apply Kaleidoscope painting.

There are plenty of effects, a plethora of palettes. You can create your own palettes to store its most frequently used crayons in a library and then use repeatedly, sketches paint, abpauschen, paint ... Endless possibilities. Every day I discover something new in the program. The only thing that has surprised me a little that Windows 8.1 briefly displays when you start Corel Painter X3 that the program is not responding. It then takes only a moment, and then the program will start after all. But it is so far remained not even hang or frozen and runs continuously liquid on my laptop with 6GB RAM I5.

Those who enjoy digital drawing, is this program love but it really takes time until you can really work effectively with it. I love this program so much fun and I have to be careful that I do not forget the time when I am dealing with it. This program is highly recommended and has earned its 5 stars.
