Originally had a Kindle Paperwhite in sight, have to close reading of the relevant techn. Specifications me but then opted for the KOBO Glo Reader.
Hauptkritererien for me were:
- Reading in the dark without additional lamp
- Use of ebooks from various sources

Meanwhile, I have the device for 4 weeks (Price Kindle Paperwhite / Kobo Glo are almost identical when comparing something with the manufacturers)
and am thrilled.
I'll get me out of my regular literature online (city) library and it works flawlessly with the integration.
Did I each ordered by Kobo / Thalia / beam / Libri ebooks and integrated, well that's easy to accomplish through Adobe Digital Editions.
However, for it should be a Windows computer can be used. Although the software on the reader (also Kindle) Linux is based, you have probably had more the Windowsler in mind with regard to the number of buyers.
