Why do we need a title?

In general this product worked as described. It Certainly helped with breathing as soon as I used it. It came with two sizes, for better fitting. I was told it reduced my snoring When I slept on my side, but not so much When sleeping on my back. The only real problem has been, despite coming in two sizes, even the smaller Tends to work its way out during the night. HOWEVER I will continue to use it as it does work while in place.
