To see in the photo is the Wiimote with integrated Motion Plus module (indicated by the halbkreisfoermig arranged font below)
Inside the box was an old Wii controller without MotionPlus, and an already infected Extra MotionPlus module, which is also available separately for purchase.

The whole thing was not in their original packaging, although as a manufacturer here Nintendo has been executed. Instead of the normal cardboard package it came wrapped in plastic wrap.
