Most concerns me the "weaker sharpness towards the edge" and the "flare in backlit" have prepared.
The latter are definitely visibly present when provoked. But there's a star deduction. Whether you can get this problem with a polarizing filter to grips with online did not find out - as soon as the filter arrives this is tested and supplemented here. (If I am honest, however, I can not say if not all of my lenses have this problem - I tested it only with this Tamron However, it is also known for this purpose.)
The "strong blur towards the edges" I have not been tested, it is, however, at least not so bad that it falls directly in the eye.
So far I was always happy with my K-5 and the image quality - even with the water-resistant, low-light kit lens or the Pentax DA 55-300, which is not a light giant.
But when I put this lens, a new world has opened. The dark viewfinder image is passé and focusing manually is no longer half a guessing game! Sounds succinctly - is for me, however, a completely new experience, even with many other lenses tested.
Even the images at full aperture make do with little correction, and then offer a surprisingly sharp picture. (Although more normally-telephoto range, the wide angle is less sharp, but so far I am very satisfied)
Overall I am very satisfied with the picture quality, contrast and color brilliance as well as agree.
While the lens is not exactly cheap, but even people who have invested little money for photo equipment I would recommend this lens put your heart - because "not cheap" and "great performance that you get for the money" are two very different pairs of boots, it is and and favorable to the performance all!
Quick processing: pretty small, pleasant handling solid, processed - so it must be!
Conclusion: it is taken only from the camera when I need minor or major focal lengths - otherwise definitely not.
A small note at the end: Looking for reviews I found out that many of these lenses appear to have a back focus problem. Since this can be easily remedied by Tamron, I would personally prefer to send in a lens to Tamron than return to Amazon in the hope of a new, error-free or to demand the money back. Because that's really ne Hammer lens!
