The Sculpt Ergonomic takes away much less space but still provides sufficiently large buttons and a enstpannte arm / hand position.
The keyboard makes a very valued and "stylish" impression and it can be super write it. This is due also to the lower keys, reminiscent of a notebook keyboard (which corresponds fully to my needs).
Despite previously highest satisfaction and the previous internet research (What can the product, what it can not) I give "only" 4 stars because I think that we can do better (even if it is better in my opinion, no keyboard are).
5 stars I would have given if:
- Have the function keys have the same touch and pressure points etc. (are they are somehow rounder and deeper and have felt pressed solid) as the rest of the keys
- The keyboard would be connected either via USB or Blutooth (eg on surface etc.).
(- Optional, it would be nice if the switching between the function keys and their secondary occupation would "somehow different" solved Bothers me not really, because I really need only the function keys and the rest hammer out differently and relatively fast could also throw the switch. But the "right mouse button" I need eg not necessarily on the keyboard or not in size -. but that is probably firmly defined in any DIN or other standard fix in the standard layout ...) update after 4 weeks enthusiastic working with Keyboard: I thank Microsoft for the switch now! In "modern" laptops etc. I have now problems because I constantly have to press the "stupid" Fn key, because only then can the function keys reach (eg. F2 for Excel / Project). The switch on the Sculpt I VLT. 1-2 times would have to pass briefly in the last 4 weeks. Therefore: 1 star more for the great switch this keyboard more compact but still make highly comfortable to use (. And yoy by the switch a competitive advantage has other keyboards).
And because I have such a lot of fun when working with the keyboard is now available 5 star despite the two small - now negligible - weak points!
