Win 8.1 runs a bit faster than Win 7 but start slowly

Did Win 8.1 filled with new, but this was associated with some finesse. What's annoying that you have to reload felt 25,000 updates, etc., necessarily a MS wants to impose an MS-account and one comes only with tricks as around it (you need a real-Spezi, who knows).
The system is now felt a bit faster, but slower start in particular from sleep mode.
The tile surface, I use only in an emergency. I loaded my old view again. This brings me to cope better. This tile optics makes me mad.
Granted, I am a normal user and can not appreciate the oh-so-great features under the hood of the new Win 8.1 in its entirety. For me, the system is just work and not necessarily cost an arm and a leg. So no Apple.
Otherwise, I can not complain.
Delivery and packaging were almost always at or through Amazon.
