If you are taking this Bluetooth adapter in eyes seemed, they will first have no luck to find any drivers for it. On the Pearl website is only one of the class 2 device from FreeTEC. Unfortunately, that is not working properly. At least not at 64bit versions of Windows 7 or Windows. 8

Help get man on the driver side of Toshiba ([...]) where you can download the latest drivers. (Solte the download page not be seen, Google Toshiba Bluetooth drivers). After an installation of the latest drivers, everything is working properly, and everything is properly involved in the installation.
