Ordered as a replacement for my but now somewhat older Barts me these gloves. Since I have rather warm hands, especially in movement, the ski gloves I have skiing too thick and I get sweaty hands. Therefore I use for years rather cross-country skiing gloves; windproof and only lightly lined. According to the description the Ziener should be similar with Windstopper goes wrong nothing. The gloves fit well, the size specification is therefore in order. The material, however, is not optimal in my opinion. While it is soft and elastic, but gives so a hint of plastic. Inside it is largely unlined. And that's the problem. Due to the rather plastic-like material that quickly takes the ambient temperature. And there inside lacks the feeding, this temperature is transmitted directly to the finger. May well be that the material is windproof; by directly forwarding the temperature on the skin I had with these gloves but always cold hands. Property me then silk glove liners ordered to cancel the direct contact between material and skin. This action also to a certain extent, but on and off, making it quite expensive. Conclusion: Windproof yes, but due to the material and the lack of feeding cold hands are still programmed.
