Wireless happy

I bought the TV LG 47LV579S (with which I am super happy!). Since the TV can only be installed from the cable junction box, I bought a wireless HDMI adapter from another manufacturer. This has a HDMI input. Now the desire to use in addition to the cable receiver, other sources (Blu-ray player) grew. I was buying the TV not so aware of the AV-Link capability. At first I thought this was for the drahlosen connecting a sound bar (although not wireless can I download the LG HLS36W Soundbar recommend) there. So I Belas me something and came to this product:

Somewhat surprised, I was on the large size of the box. I also assumed that a receiver is already contained in an AV Link-enabled TV, you therefore attach an adapter still does not have the TV itself. Beautifully possibly would be a plug-in module, because it looks to the two cables (HDMI) and control cables (and power supply adapter) bit clumsy at first glance. The box itself has these proportions because many inputs exist. And that's fine, because you get an HDMI switcher, for example, saving. Other pure HDMI Wireless Adpater are meisst designed only for a connection. The high-gloss finish of the box, I personally find impractical because you can see every speck of dust on it. Otherwise, the sensor areas for switching the sources and turning on / off of the box are very nice. The connection goes smoothly (2m unobstructed space between the TV and box) and also the picture, sound quality is very good. Well done, I also think that the one box to the TV off. The IR adapter I have not tried it yet, as not all sources. But you realize that the product developers have been thinking a lot about the product features, so not just a simple wireless version has come out, but an adapter / switch that provides true added value.

Conclusion: Wireless happy! Very good quality (especially for a price of currently only 60, even the producer price seems justified). Maybe something big proportions and somehow a plug-in module for the TV would be more practical than this to the cables. I would recommend it in any case, if you already have an AV Link-enabled TV to use this extension.

LG, please bewerbt the AV Link capability more (shows what you can use them all)! And. Can be viell adapter already in the TV integrated, so you need only the AV Link-use device, so nothing more needs to grow on the TV.
