With the success very satisfied

Quitting smoking taught me a significant weight gain of 8 kg to nearly 100 kg. So I have then first purchased one of these 500 g cans Almased in the pharmacy and my diet changed completely. In the morning there was a glass with 100 ml of water with a teaspoon of canola oil Almased and instead breakfast. At noon there was twice as much, rather than a lunch. Evening gave me a two-disc / n brown bread with Limburger cheese. These things I have so drawn by a week and reduced my weight by three kilograms. Mainly it was probably water, because I often had to use the toilet.
In the second week I had breakfast in the morning a bit, mostly black bread with low-fat quark and a little jam. Lunch re my Portion Almased, Thursday then a small portion of fish.
In addition, have taken up my sports activities again, go after work or on weekends a tour by mountain bike and go 2 times a week to the gym.
The amount taken 8 kg I have now back down and get closer to 90 kg mark.
Meanwhile, I eat on the weekends with vegetables, fish and lean meat and combine midweek Almased / vegetable juice / mineral water and makes me feel very comfortable.
It motivates to see the pounds disappear, but it also includes some self-discipline to there from and occur to food cravings.
My trousers fit again and movement fun again.
Consumption of Almased is certainly in the future will be less, but in principle belong to my diet because it makes me feel good and encourages my wellbeing.
