For nearly two months I bought this scale, attracted by the opportunity to monitor my weight directly on my smartphone, without having to take an excel table. The purchase is an investment, its price is high, but if it works well, it is worth it ... And that's where things get tricky: 1. Nice package, but side "how to" information are very poor. Installation is pretty easy, you'll find information poverty especially when you have a concern. 2. Balance installed, first weighing. Everything seems to work well and that's it. From the second weighing (without there being no change compared to the first weight (neither wifi nor place, nor anything) the weight but appears not to have it on the dashboard Site (mywithings.com), I expect ... nothing. I still weighs nothing ... I reset the router, I check the connections, ALL is well. I even reinstalled the balance, ah ... I have a flood of update at once after reset and tell me it was just a bug. 3. It was not just a bug, I weigh myself and it appears on my dashboard HOURS after weighing. 4. I reset again, the router, I erase my table and reinstalled the balance but NO, it did arrange for the next weighing !! And I see the problem repeat again and again. Then I realize that for this to work, I have to weigh myself, wait a few seconds and reset the balance (the back button on it). Not great, but ... I am now doing the manipulation after weighing and then two days after the discovery ... Error code: 000994. I look on their website, forum, user manual, FAQ ... Ok, it blames my router. I contact my provider, I pass the necessary information to the proper functioning of the balance o me and said, your configuration is required. 5. I will contact the Withings customer service, 1 WEEK waiting for an answer me and that was done after also made a complaint via FB. 6. I explained the situation and yet three days waiting for the following answer: "Did you remember to reset your router?" 2 days after, "Have you thought about changing your balance location?" nearly 3 weeks and NOTHING has changed.
I am disgusted. Their lack of customer respect overlooked once the product is purchased.
If you think to buy the product, do so knowing that this will happen is very good (you have noticed the amount of 4 e 5 *) and there, good for you. Either you're going to have a problem and there ... Good luck, you're going to need it.
