Without ABE worthless

Had unfortunately the bad luck, which get sent where both the stamp mark on the wind deflector was missing, and the ABE, without which the operation is not allowed in Germany.
The article itself is qualitatively in order, fixed clamping and a locking screw effectively prevent slipping. The product description, however, is very misleading here is not to be recognized, that is, the wind deflector is not approved for Germany.
