Why only 2 stars?
I followed Jeremy travel blog and had enjoyed, so I could not miss to read his book. However I was quite disappointed. The somewhat awkward style is quite enough for a blog that has to be concise and authentic but not really nice in a book of 350 pages. I found this difficult to read, ample less captivating than the blog. Maybe it's because I had been sharing this adventure through regular tickets and many photos of the blog? (The book does contain some details and anecdotes "unpublished".) Maybe also because some chapters have given me the impression of having been botched. I think for example the last two chapters, which apart from obtaining visas duration, the China-France route appears to have been made in record time so it is abstract. On the other hand, it could express the urge to go home felt by Jérémy in the last kilometers.
Surely a very interesting book for globetrotters who have not followed the corresponding blog over the years.
