Wobbles, poor tear off

Since we already have two other dispenser of Scotch and always in conjunction with the outstanding quality. the application were thrilled we wondered powerful than the "Katzenabroller" has been unpacked and tried.
First, the dispenser wobbles considerably on a flat surface. Furthermore, the tear-off is absolutely bad. The cutting surface may have 1mm longer belongs to the front, in order to ensure functionality!
