This book is to read especially for women, but I invite men of power who run our companies and our country to read it and reread it. 70 years after the vote for women in France, the law on gender balance appears. We have to fight and assert ourselves even more face the male sex to prove their talents, our skills and our thoughts more humaines.Au Rwanda 56% of MPs were women in 2008, why not France and throughout Europe ! In view of all changes in 20 years, hopefully a big change in mentalities with our girls going to happen in the world of work. Courage to all !!!
