I own and use a good piece now for half a year. To put it in a nutshell: Yes it works, yes it is worth the money.
Packaging: These are not so much to say it. Alarm clock, power supply, manual. More or less does not. Schön: was not used Styrofoam.
Processing: Absolutely top class, the materials are consistent with a perfect finish.
Features:
- Radio: Very good reception and good sound. Much more you can not get out of FM. DAB2 would have been nice, maybe someday get a version with it.
- Bedside lamp: Creates a very pleasant light in a selectable intensity, so that it reads the same much more pleasant. Nice: The switching on and off is fluent, not a direct on-off.
- Snooze function: For this, the light is reduced and off in a certain time by a preselected thickness. Should help you fall asleep, it does. However, one must also experiment a bit, of course.
- Clock: The actual application. An alarm must satisfy in my case, as an alternative to radio, there is birdsong. The latter I have not used it since around 4:30 already get going with the chirping from the outside. The wakeup Light travels before the scheduled alarm time the light up slowly before then the radio will appear.
Woke up in the winter also works really great, pleasant and fast as I've never! In summer, the action slowed significantly. As the sun's rays are through the window just earlier on it and you get used to it that the wake-up time is significantly after the first sunbeams.
What's a little shame is the lack of choice on the basis of weekdays. The fixed time every day is inappropriate compared to the otherwise well thought out design.
Conclusion: Meets all expectations, clear recommendation. Who needs more than one alarm time can choose "bigger" model that otherwise does it also HF3510
