This book is beautifully done. It is perfect on both the graphical presentation and revenue. These are really accessible and use the flowers that you have all at hand without necessarily knowing what to do. Moreover, another highlight is a chapter in the introduction to how to use flowers from their harvest until used in recipes. These techniques are simple and effective but essential for a beginner like me in this field. It is also the perfect gift (I ordered for it at first) because it is original and not in the kitchens, even in those more knowledgeable enthusiasts.
