I went into this book and have just eaten! Thank you to Katie .. as I'd like to meet you ... Bravo for this concept so simple but so profound in itself. Because under the appearance of lightness .. process discovers the depth of our 'self'. And all the "work" we have to do .. And at all times, as I said ..;) at all moments of our days of our lives. This book is and will remain at my bedside. Whenever I forget (it's so easy as a simple human ...): I have to look at 'that' the title to remember the evidence of this 'work' ( work)! This is because reading the book immediately resonate to the extent that it was timely .. after years of questioning!
