We bought the sandbox last year. The wood was still wet when delivered and did not smell very fresh, the impregnation made the whole light greenish, but was obviously not the same everywhere carefully applied (yes you could see the difference in color). The boards were partially sanded not quite smooth, the edges rough, the fit of each part was not even then all available and this year you can see the result: at the corners of the sandbox is on and the seat board is wrong on two sides. The cover has become Splintig at the edges and a part to warp. I would no longer buy the sandbox today and if, then necessarily treat the wood before assembling again.
