I ordered this same ice cream scoop 2x. The first time is the handle while trying to solve a soft ice ball, just fallen apart. Here, the small scroll wheel jumps out of the guide rail on the handle. This can be followed, no longer bring with excessive force, to its original position. Therefore, I had to return the scoop after a single application. The second scoop works so far without problems and makes quite nice scoops. I have last year but also used him only a total of 3 times. Frankly, I am not convinced by the mechanical properties of the product, everything seems a little shaky. Also, the metal strip which dissolves the ice ball is very thin and bend with the slightest resistance. If this ice cream scoop also give up his mind, so I will definitely buy me no more WMF scoop. The price of this product is, for the quality, in my opinion too high. I forgive therefore only 3 stars.
