I bought my girlfriend this wireless remote release for the Sony cam.
Open package, read instructions (only English + Chinese + photos) short (1 minute), set channel, inserted batteries, cables plugged into the Cam, AUTO mode, the remote control is activated by a 2 second keystroke and click! 1 Photo was shot immediately. Gently press the remote switch is only focused as directly on the trigger of the action.

NEGATIVE:
- Unfortunately, you can not start shooting video with the trigger and stop. Only still images during video recording.
- Since many system cameras have no slot for flash slot at the top, you can not mount the receiver directly at the SONY HX300. However, since the cable connectors sit stably in the receiver and camera, can this even further strain relief with tape and let your recipient!

POSITIVE:
- Ease of use, rapid activation
- Does exactly what it is!
