I've been using the bracelet for sports, especially jogging. It works as planned well and fits well around the upper arm. The use of the Wahoo ANT + dongle to the heart rate to transfer to iPhone also works well and it fits as intended in the pocket. A small downside to the bracelet is the top "shutter", the iPhone is thus somewhat difficult in the shell and out. This may not be easy to lose so thought to the iPhone, but the solution seems rather cheap as well myself. A small or tiny side pocket, which can accommodate the ANT + dongle is still present, a single key without other bells and whistles you can also just take so. Another hook, the thick plastic bag in front makes the use of the touch screen enormously. It works, but the material is not quite up on the screen and thus prevents the function. For simple tap Start / Stop functions to do it, should really serve to the iPhone then but no longer. For example, the Slide-to-unlock feature is difficult to carry out. For me a good strap, which exactly fulfills the purpose to go with an ANT + dongle jogging.
