The USB stick works under Win7 / Win8 64bit with no problems, however, is a bit slower as my old Delock stick which unfortunately can not be installed on 64-bit systems.

For sale / delivery: the first stick was delivered did not work, after about a week I got a new stick. So who ordered and has problems to test on a 32-bit OS and possibly be claimed immediately.
