The adapter works so far without any problems and passes the video signal through the HDMI output. Unfortunately, the adapter (as apparently everyone else also) quite long and thus produces a neat lever on DisplayPort. Who now followed by a heavy cable with thick HDMI connector, can almost see how the adapter is lowered slowly. The connections are not just designed for such loads (why not?). While there is a kind of staple to hold the plug in the socket, but that will not hold permanently. The HDMI cable should be as short as possible so already supported in operation behind the plug.
