This product works correctly, but the description is (was?) Not complete: this has actually a USB3.0 connector to connect to PC (or a USB3.0 card in my case), and then distributes it to 2 USB3.0 ports and 2 USB 2.0 ports. Therefore, this is not a 4-port USB3.0 hub.

That aside, it works great.
