After two uses, I can confirm that the quality of finish is average but for the price, I expected it directly sees the lack of robustness of the "chassis" because the squeegee raised without the stone does not fit on its 4 feet (a walk off 2 mm) on our table (which is flat at this point). Once laid stone, squeegee commend its 4 feet.
In terms of use, everything is ok, it's baked directly by positioning the cursor thermostat to MAX and decreasing when the cooking starts. For me, this baked raclette better than our old big brand is very strong with cooking sausages for example.
Coating the cheese does not stick domes for now, even need scrapers.
