The yogurt-Fix of Severin works great. To complain about there is the "winding" inner cup which you have to get around every corner clean, rinse very carefully by hand in the sink but not a problem. The inner sleeve is too high for a normal refrigerator compartment and you have to decant, but Severin model with individual small cups could not convince me so. The preparation is the way and is quickly ready (boil milk - does not apply to long-life milk, allow to cool, 2 tablespoons yogurt as a bacterial basis for this). The yogurt tastes great when the starting material fits. The better especially the milk used, the better the yogurt, the best is of course fresh farm milk and hay (there is now almost everywhere). The taste is always oriented on the yogurt has the gediehnt as a basis and exceeds these all the time. I can only recommend the yogurt-Fix.
