I got delivered the sausage machine last week and tried the same weekend for the first time. Ok, with the handling there was initially some difficulties, but after the first 2.5 kg, and a little Ausprobiererei's has really worked out well. The problem is the crank - the crank is the diametrically larger than the sausage machine to height including feet, so you always get stuck at the table with the cranks.. Or you can crank through the end of the countertop, so you can boost throughout, but then the 2nd person is badly off at the filled sausage. At the end of it then but went well and the filling also went fairly quickly. Before, I always got my meat grinder filled and that was a disaster. I had no problems, that meat has pushed to the side in the piston, which I made even Franconian and Thuringian, who are not quite so fine. From my perspective Here the price-performance for Hobby Wurster always recommended. Points are deducted for excessive crank. Oh yes, the sucker works surprisingly well.
