I use GPS with my Nikon D200 since the housings (then the D3, the D800 and D4). In itself these devices have very limited functions but when you move like I do, it quickly becomes essential to use with Lightroom and its mapping functions for me.

I have not yet tested very extensively this model, which replaces my 2nd di-GPS Pro defective (grrrr ....) but I hesitated before buying the model that is specified anywhere as compatible with D4S .... apart from a vendor on amazon marketplace Italy!
I gave it a shot counting on the returns policy amazon in case of malfunction with my camera, but no, everything is fine, it works perfectly with the D4S and Lightroom (5.6).

Much faster acquisition of satellites cold as di-GPS Pro in its 2 versions. Also significantly faster than the Nikon GP-1 a cold, hot equivalent. For half the price of the Nikon, no hesitation ...
