I verwendent the part with my SIGMA DP1 3x1h snorkeling (max. 6m) in Corsica.
First things first: The bag is sealed!
I was able to make very good pictures, the SIGMA can play underwater your strengths very well in terms of sharpness, dynamics and color.
It is important: Try before first Gebracuth for leaks! The bag must always be meticulously and tightly closed.
By the trapped air and the belt the whole is not lost also.
Disadvantage, but it is inherent in the system:
- Only rudimentary operation possible under water. Make significant operations better before packaging.
- Buttons on top of the cam down to trigger hard vedienbar. (Dials virtually not at all)
- Image control difficult due to lighting conditions.
My tip: when the sun and clear water at least 1 aperture underexpose. I have always had my exposure to -1.7 at ISO 100 and ISO 200 at -1.0.
