With the supplied driver of stick works fine under Windows 8. The image quality is ok, the colors are a bit pale, but otherwise the image is sharp.

I recommend the use of VirtualDub instead of Ulead Video Studio, then it works with the recording very straightforward in Capture AVI mode.
