The book (in French) explains very well the very simple operation and intuitive hyper of the watch and the strap.
You start by entering your various data (name, age, weight) and set the date and time. Then the watch you asked what training you want to follow (you can change it later at any time).
There are 3 training as possible:
- Fat burning (prescribed fire fat)
- Fitness (endurance training)
- Customized.
When you have selected your mode, the watch automatically calculated based on the data area of the ideal entrairement. This is indicated on the watch in the form of a progress bar. The watch shows from time to time by 2 beeps as you are in the right area. Ie neither too fast nor too slow.
At any time you have access to: the time you spent to train, to kcal burned in the HR max reached, the average heart etc ...
When training is complete, all data is marked and stored so you can review them later in the memory menu. Furthermore, it tells you how much time and percentage you spent in the right heart rate zone.
In addition, the clock time and alarm clock is not always helpful, but it is good to have thought.
At rest, the watch displays the time and date. The strap is very easy to wear and after 5 minutes we are doing even more attention.
