If you read the assembly instructions, you would expect a similar ease of application as a screen protector - Disconnect from the carrier material, align, smooth, finish. Nope, the "assembly" mutated into a nightmare. First of all the cut-outs were not completely punched out, so you had to detach it carefully with tweezers. Since this is obviously dealing here with an adhesive film and not to an adhesive material, the film stuck firmly before attaching to fingers and tweezers. Likewise, when aligning on the smartphone, an alignment was not possible in principle, since the film immediately firmly stuck - and laid in the best sense of the word. Peeling without stretching of the material was almost impossible, in particular on the narrow side parts only 2mm. Consequently, showed a side a wavy line, the other side of a fold, as has been stretched by repeated stripping and re-aligning the material to 1-2mm. The back - up to the recess of the camera and the speaker a relatively full-scale film - had several wrinkles and bubbles, as well as here aligning without immediate sticking was impossible. As this is not my first smartphone, which I provided with a skin, I can here determine with certainty that this film is a total flop and the optics of the device rather than enhances disfigured. I have - for the benefit of my noble in itself HTC - detached again the manure and fed to the disposal. Accordingly: 15.90 for a ton !!!
