Short an introduction why I've brought this mat.
I'm not a spiritual or excessive wellness man but am much on business, at least. Sitting of 8 hours on the computer and have continually tension and back pain.

Last week I saw by chance a report on massage mats and decided finally time a try. Trying to regularly go to a massage is currently at zero. ;-)

Here I can not compare to other manufacturers or expensive products but in general I can say already after 4 days: WOW. I feel fantastic. My back is relaxed and I usually treat myself in the course of the evening 2 massages.
