I bought this product on the recommendation of gigaset.com official website. Contrary to what is written in it, this headset IS NOT compatible with the Gigaset SL400 who do not have the necessary decision. The headset may well be cheap and can even be good, I am very disappointed not to be able to rely on official website to buy the right helmet for my Gigaset phone. Unsaleable on leboncoin I stay with my headset on the arms ... Thank Siemens!
