I ordered 12 batteries and only 11 get delivered. Was charged the price of 12 pieces and the bill also 12 units were listed. 2 contact attempts through Amazon with the supplier did not produce a result. I have requested a return label and these also receive. The postage costs would go here at my expense (since the burden of proof lies with me would be writing necessary). The return costs exceed the amount of the missing battery. If that is deliberately using the short delivery so you can keep the price of batteries offered slightly competitive. For me, unfortunately, remains only the conclusion of these suppliers to place no further orders !!
