During the first 3 days I have had the XP compared to the iPhone 4 my girlfriend.
To my Verwunderng the XP was faster in many areas. Program structure, the change from horizontal to vertical image, map navigation and much more just runs faster.
When the touch panel, no differences were observed - as the behavior in the sun - as both were equally "good."
Clear swabs must be done in photo and video. These really are not as sharp and contrasty.
WiFi and GPS are working absolutely clean and without any problems. My wireless connection is removed upright for about 3 floors of my router - totally ok.
Only the change of which losing wireless connection on its own network caused a few seconds delay (about 3 sec.) In this area, the iPhone is stronger.
Now for gaming.
The gamepad is really good and worked out exactly as I have PS gamers the first hour ('97) also expected. It is great in the hand and both the DPad and the buttons have good pressure points. Only the "Analog Sticks" require some getting used to.
The preloaded games have not convinced me. The graphics are really weak (especially Fifa has disappointed me) One has rather the feeling it would be tech demos.
Even the meager PS1 Download Kontent will hopefully be increased in the coming months. A PSN connection would have made me happy here.
But the use of a SNES emulator which I could play with the real gamepad lies open my heart.
! Finally mobile and PSP in one device!
Of the catastrophic bugs so often described, I have very little noticed. Even long detailed lists I can find difficult.
With the firmware update and the soon to be released new games is the Xperia Play safely to a strong representative of smartphones and certainly only the first of its kind.
So Far 4/5
