It's totally by chance that I came across Power Ball browsing Amazon. I had absolutely not heard of this item before; therefore, requires curiosity, I tempted me because the price seems relatively affordable. The grip was pretty quick but it takes still a good flick of the wrist. And once you have tasted it, there was only one desire is to make things better !! It is a "game" very fun (nice if you want to start small challenges with friends or family) which allows to combine relaxation and weight because yes, after playing a few minutes, you end up well to remember where are the muscles of the arm as it pulls hard !!! Frankly a great discovery; try and be addictive!
