In principle, the bracelet wears very pleasant. Whether you are wearing the opening up or down the arm, is and will certainly a matter of faith. I wear them down and am still nowhere stuck.
Since the latest software update, which easily occurs under Windows using the supplied lateral, the battery lasts for 14 days. This is a good value and contributes to the practicality in. On a SmartWatch with a half-day battery life I had no desire.
Contrary to other Fitness Tracker, it looks like a normal bracelet. A clear advantage, I think.
Only the charging cable (2.5 mm jack) appears in times of Lightning- and MicroUSB standards then something medieval. But so be it.
The app is a real highlight and has many settings. So can be defined for each day an alarm at various times. Even a brief reminder by vibration when you have not moved in a given period, motivated to do more exercise.
The Schlaftrecking works well and you can actually see time itself, the impact of certain activities (sports, parties, caffeine, alcohol) to their own sleep patterns and the quality.
On the subject of "motivation to exercise more" is to say: It is an additional (extrinsic) motivation, replaced but good intentions and own (intrinsic) motivation not. If you again in the evening quickly to the supermarket or the bank must, you can even look into the app and see at times that just are still missing 2,000 steps to the daily target of 10,000 steps.
