Jan Delay aka. January Eißfeldt opted for Nenas somehow, somewhere, someday, and turned it into a reggae song. He could do much wrong as not, because the song is next LIGHTHOUSE arguably the best known of Nena and you can even inferior virtually every pop song with a reggae rhythm problems.
No. The really remarkable thing about this CD is and remains the second B-side song.
Jan Delay has created a gem here!
The song itself, also a reggae acts from the shadows, that many a good song as a B-side (that no longer actually exist on a CD :-) ekes.
One must first make an effort the text to understand because of the strong nasal singing of delay, he no longer is a behind of his head. (I did not hear the CD for years now and sing the song still so in front of me, which should then be less a treat for any audience ....)
But mainly:
I'm going all my life feel sorry for the poor but sweet B-side :-)
I would even go so far as to say that the irony of this song content is comparable ultimately only with classics as my little green cactus.
Also, I'm sure this song once on the appearing in the distant future POP 3000 Sampler, initiated by Grönemeyer's great-granddaughter, will be present.
Note: This single is probably no longer available, but the song made it on January Delays SEARCHING FOR THE SOUL REBELS January. For this product is still missing somehow, somewhere, someday.
