This is so far the best book I have had the opportunity to read about (though I live next to a bookshop specializing in plants). Many plants are described, with guidance as to their culture than on how to cook. The author also thought to warn us in case of toxicity, and talk about plant conservation. I bought this book, telling me that I can plant very special flowers in my garden, and I realize that a lot of edible flowers are very common (lavender, daisy, nasturtium, chives, rose, lily ...) .
